  • a. Validity: Refunds are processed only for transactions that are completed through NIPPY PAYMENT GATEWAY PRIVATE LIMITED, within a period of 30 days from the date of the transaction.
  • b. Initiation: The customer must initiate refund requests through the merchant from whom the purchase was made. We recommend customers to refer to the merchant's refund policy for the initial request. NIPPY PAYMENT GATEWAY PRIVATE LIMITED does not initiate refund requests on its own.
  • c. Processing: Once we receive a refund request from the merchant, we will process it promptly. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's policy and procedures.
  • d. Conditions: Please note that we may not be able to process refunds in case of violations of terms of use, fraudulent transactions, or if instructed otherwise by law enforcement or judicial orders.
  • e. Final Decision: The decision of NIPPY PAYMENT GATEWAY PRIVATE LIMITED with respect to the refund will be final and binding.
